The Training Department of Tenon Group believes in the philosophy of “More you sweat in peace, the less you bleed in war”. Thus, we enable our workforce to be always prepared to face any eventuality at the workplace. To meet the desired training goals, we have developed a robust in-house training eco-system in the company.
The Group has Delhi Govt. approved Training Centre at Bijwasan where following Training courses are conducted: –
- Training of 160 Hrs. for newly inducted guards as per PSARA Act 2005
- Re-fresher Capsule courses for Supervisors/SO/AM/Area Officer
- Train The Trainer Courses under the aegis of MEPSC/NSDC
- Train The Assessor Courses under the aegis of MEPSC/NSDC
